Parents have the greatest influence on their children, and have a unique role to play in their development. We aim to support and extend that role in partnership with parents in the rewarding task of caring for and educating your child.

We also aim to create a secure and caring atmosphere, in which the transition from home to nursery is a positive and enjoyable one for your child. We hope to provide a stimulating, structured environment, irrespective of their gender, ethnic or social background or special educational needs.

Activities and experiences will revolve around play. This is a very serious business to the young child and it is through play that children learn about themselves and their environment. It encourages concentration, perseverance and physical effort.

Activities and resources are thought about well in advance and follow particular themes/topics to give first hand experiences and access to a broad and balanced curriculum. This will encourage each stage of development. From birth to five years and enable your child to learn and develop skills and understanding which will prepare them for continued education and their future school days.
